This news relates to a project by Torsten Mühlhoff, which he has performed due to a private interest before the foundation of Development and Art in 2014.
"Church goes Internet"
The Evangelical Lutheran Parish Wetter (Ruhr) makes the step into the WWW.
Church on the Internet.
This may seem like a good idea.
Community members and interested people can find out about the hustle and bustle in the community groups
and about upcoming services and events.
The reality is often disappointing.
Shortly after the completion of a website many will realize that you have failed to
strive for the continuous editing of the web pages.
And soon the little "plantlets on the WWW" gets stunted.

Besides a good design - what information I want to provide where and how -
and an attractive design the timeliness of the content plays the decisive role for many websites.
In the discussions with the presbytery this topic has been paid a great attention.
Since the start of the Internet presence in December 2007, all content which is divided into the areas of
are updated continuously.
In particular, the community calendar, with its information on worship services, activities of community groups
(regular events), (special) events and general news reflects the varied community life in all its diversity.
The design has been adjusted slightly since December 2007, only on the home page and in the community calendar.
This underlines the sustainability of conception.
All content provided has been researched and processed by Torsten Mühlhoff.
Church on the Internet. A good idea.
If there is a faith that can move mountains, it is the belief in one's own strength.

Testimonials referring to this news
"Professional and committed partner"
Mr. Torsten Mühlhoff has designed the website of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Wetter (Ruhr) in 2007. From this time forward he has took over the responsibility for maintaining the content and the technology.
From the beginning there has been a lot of positive feedback. People who are familiar with the internet and have opportunities of comparison, always praise the good structure of the pages, the diversity of information and the timeliness. Information received by Torsten Mühlhoff are always incorporated immediately. He also takes care of gathering the relevant information. His presence at many events, and his interest and talent in photography are very helpful. However, Torsten Mühlhoffs skills are not limited to the creative and the content-related topics. Even in technical matters he is an extremely competent partner who solves problems reliably and promptly. We have experienced Torsten Mühhoff as someone who is working structured and stringent.
In addition to taking care of our website Torsten Mühlhoff is also the conductor of our brass ensemble and a member of the community advisory board. When it comes to the design of programs or posters, he not only supports with words but also with actions. The design is always professional. Delivery is always at the agreed time.
We are very grateful for the commitment of Torsten Mühlhoff, and we are very pleased to have found such a professional and committed partner for the areas of internet presence and public relations.
