In particular, 2008 and 2009 were very difficult years for the economy.
The real estate bubble had burst and each company tried to optimize internal processes and
in particular its cost structure.
In such times of restructuring and adjustment, it is important
to inform the employees quickly and comprehensively about new developments.
In summer 2009, Torsten Mühlhoff designed and developed the ThyssenKrupp Newsletter Tool,
which allowed to easily create and manage multilingual newsletters corresponding to the corporate design.
In combination with a directory service and an e-mail distribution system
all employees in the group could immediately be involved in the change process.
