Update: "Office application for managing customer data" is blossoming into central accounting system
Tailor-made, professional and easy to use.
Surely you still remember our news of 16 November of last year,
in which we had reported under the title
The complete package - it could hardly be more
in detail about our project for the Rentaplus Marketing GmbH.
But the section "The office application for managing customer data" was very short;
this for good reason: At that time, the Office application was very rudimentary.
But up to now some things have developed significantly.
Expansion of content
In the area of managing customer data more customer and contract relevant information
is integrated into the system based on a professional database.
To ensure that no supplementary system for managing additional data is needed any longer.
Increased functionality
Having the initial focus on the management of customer and contract data,
this has now been extended to include the management of sales information.
It was essential to implement sales hierarchies that in turn were connected with acquisition, management and continuity commissions.
At the end the system should be able by a push of a button to generate acquisition and continuity calculations
for each distribution partner reflecting the appropriate management commissions.
